✧ payment for services is accepted via all major credit and debit cards or cash. tips are greatly appreciated and accepted via cash, cashapp, or zelle only.

✧ payment is not accepted via venmo.


✧ cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged $50. no-call, no-shows will be billed at 100% of booked service price.

any/all outstanding service fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling your next appointment.

late arrivals

✧ if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a late fee of $25 and must accept an abbreviated service to keep the rest of the day on schedule.

✧ if I cannot accommodate you, you will be considered a late cancelation/reschedule and charged $50.

health & safety

✧ please do not come to your service if you are sick. if you arrive sick, I reserve the right to turn you away for the health and safety of everyone at the salon. I am happy to reschedule appointments due to illness without billing penalties, but if a pattern of sick cancellations emerges, I reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

client responsibilities

✧ please remove your shoes when you arrive as a courtesy to our landlord. Freshly laundered slippers will be provided for your stay in the salon.

✧ please arrive with natural nails; I do not work over other nail techs’ work. If you do arrive with nail enhancements (beyond regular polish), I will remove them for an additional service cost of $30. You will be considered a late cancellation if you do not want to pay $30 for a soak off, and you will be billed $50.

✧ never peel or pick off your own enhancements. I will not apply gel or extensions to damaged nails.

✧ new clients will be asked to sign an intake form and disclose any possible health complications due to services rendered. all information including credit card, demographics and health history, as well as personal preferences for services will always be kept private and the information will never be sold or shared.


✧ pets and ESAs are not allowed (trained service dogs excluded)

✧ you must be 18 or older to book services. if you are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian present during your service or provide a signed waiver of consent from a parent/guardian for all booked services.

✧ please do not bring extra guests or children unless they are being concurrently serviced.

✧ please keep personal/business calls to a minimum and use headphones when necessary—we are a shared space.

salon commitment

✧ this salon aims to provide a safe, inclusive space for people of all creeds, colors, and orientations. Disrespect or hateful comments of any degree regarding perceived race, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation or alienage or citizenship status of any person or groups of persons will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service to customers who verbally harass or threaten me, my clients, or surrounding salon staff & clientele. if such a case should arise, written documentation of the incident will be recorded with the date, time, and an outline of the occurrence and witnesses of the interaction.
